Rolls that they bring out are hot and fresh. Some of the best chicken tenders that I have had come from this chain. Good location quick off and on to I-70. Nice variety of stores in the area.
Always have a good experience when I come here. Very rarely have I ever had a poor experience. I came in today with my family and our waitress, Nia, was very professional, kind, attentive, and overall a delight to have as our server.
I ordered the Garlic Steak Pasta and it was amazing. The steak was well done and seasoned perfectly and tender. Kenny was absolutely fantastic and perfect. His attitude was great and treated us like family. He made sure our food was hot and ready and didn’t have to ask for anything. Definitely my favorite server by far.
Best crispy chicken tenders! Wonderfully designed inside, good flow, great service! Our waiter was awesome! He was always in motion.. Never letting our glasses get past half empty, bringing out more rolls and butter, and he was kind and did his job very well. I applaud his work ethic.
The atmosphere at O'Charley's is considerably better than many competitors. When I go to dinner, I want to be able to hear what discussion takes place at our table. Many restaurants lately are so loud it appears they make no attempt to build with materials that will reduce noise. Their staff is excellent, neat and professional despite staffing shortages elsewhere. And the salmon is absolutely delicious. Nice variety of salads and steaks. Prices are normal in the $20-$30/plate vicinity. Enjoy the atmosphere and enjoy your meals! *** ANOTHER VISIT *** Had another visit to this location. Always the same. Excellent food for reasonable prices. I think their food is actually getting better as is the service. Wait staff this time was Christy. Let me say that you should ask for Christy (dead serious). This server is speedy, attentive, friendly (always a smile) and lively. If only all servers were this good.
Hadn't been here for quite some time. Menu is considerably smaller than I remember but they are not alone, lots of restaurants have down sized their menu. Service was great, and food came out quickly and was correct. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back.
We got here for our Friday night dinner. Not at all busy. We ordered Filet Mignon Louisiana sirloin steak 12 oz. Top Sirloin Food was oaky but service was excellent from Michael. Once they changed their old good menu my favorite ribeye steak was gone like me so many others stopped going to Ochaleys.
I stumbled across this restaurant by accident. I'm from out of town and had never heard of it before. But after one meal, I will definitely come back every chance I get -- especially on Free Pie Wednesday! For dinner, I began with a $5 Happy Hour cocktail -- an Old Fashioned. For the main course, I had the Atlantic Samon with green beans and a baked potato. And for dessert, I had a slice of Lemon Meringue pie! In a word, DELICIOUS! The ambiance was only surpassed by the hospitality and efficiency of my server, Laura T. She attended to my every need and offered first-hand opinions on menu items. I can say she did not steer me wrong! Stellar service with a warm smile, great food, all at a reasonable price. Who could possibly ask for more? I highly recommend this restaurant and extend my thanks to the management, chefs, staff, and especially Laura T for a very enjoyable evening!
